Dan Marino is an owner partner of Hickey Lawyers on the Gold Coast, and owner of Commercial Licensing Specialists, Queensland’s leading liquor and gaming consultant.

He is a qualified solicitor in QLD, NSW and England and Wales, having studied a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Business at the Queensland University of Technology, gained a Graduate Diploma in legal practice at the College of Law (Sydney), and attained a Masters of Law at Bond University. He has also recently finished a Masters of Valuation and Property Development at Bond University.

Dan has a diverse client base, acting for clients in multiple sectors and is a key advisor to many small and large corporates resident across Australia and overseas.
