Damon is second generation serving the Gold Coast building industry with all of its concreting needs, the family have served the Gold Coast for 50 years, Damon personally since 1986 and now has his son Corey stepping up as the third generation since 2016.

Damon has been on the committee since 2006. He has been involved with many fundraising events, not just with PCSRF, but various schools, sports and Variety QLD as well
