This is a difficult time as we collectively move to stop the spread of COVD-19. We are aware of the significance of the situation and our focus is on our community. We hope you and your families are well at this time.
You will have seen the Government’s ban on gatherings to protect the health of the public and with this in mind we regretfully have had to cancel and postpone a number of events in our calendar;
- Comedy Night 28 March – POSTPONED until later in 2020
- Golf Day 8 May – POSTPONED until later in 2020
- Gold Coast Fundraising Ball 30 May – POSTPONED until 17th October 2020
These events and the money they raise are important to the Foundation but the safety and well-being of our guests, volunteers, staff and supporters comes first.
Whist we pause these events at this time, we remain committed and focussed on our mission to cure paralysis. Our researchers are continuing their important work and so too are the Foundation staff during this difficult time.
